Notes |
- 14th ward in brooklyn in 1870 - Wm and Cornelia(!) with kids William, George and Emma, dates right, births right - it’s them
---------------------------
1900 census with Wm.D son (Mary - d. in law) and Emma E. daughter
-----------------------------
1860 I think I found her in B’lyn with mother Elizabeth, sisters Ann and Isabella (married to Patrick Peters)
Helen was a cap sewer! - YEP - definitely, as Isabella Peters is living next door to her sister Helen Adams in the 1870 census
---------------------------
In 1870 census Wm. Adams wife listed as Cornelia!! In 1880 and 1900 listed as Helena and Helenia, respectively. 1900 says that she had 4 live births and all were living so I think it's all the same woman. Same age, born in Ireland.
14th ward in 1870 census
Brooklyn Eagle on 10/19/1900 had real estate on Oceanic Ave to W. 37th stgoing to a Helena G. Adams
